Who knew that 99% of us don't pronounce "saute" correctly?

Culinary Confidence had tremendous expertise (Sew-TAY that fish!) but a modest budget. Classes were taught in tiny groups gathered around the countertop in an historic Philadelphia row house. So our task was to launch a brand that's expert and fun, in equal measure.
